Shipping policy

We strive to ensure that you receive your wig within 21 days. However, the vendor may occasionally be out of stock, and delivery may take closer to 30 days. If this is the case, we will reach out to you to offer an alternative color, style, or store credit. We want you to be happy. We are now shipping to Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will make every effort to track them for you or replace them if there was an error on the part our shipping department.
